Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals, cables, and accessories included to ensure a full refund.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the outside of the box, clearly marking your RMA number on the package.
